A TASTE OF MISSOURI
WINE CLUB INFORMATION

We invite you to join A TASTE OF MISSOURI Wine Club
and indulge your passion for quality wines. There is never a
membership fee!

CLUB SHIPMENTS

As a member, you will receive two bottles of wine, six
times per year, delivered to your home or office.  Every
other month, wine club shipments will be automatically billed
to your credit card on file. The average cost of the shipment
will be $10 - $20 per shipment (rate varies) plus applicable
tax and shipping fees.  We ship on or around the 15th of Feb,
Apr, Jun, Aug, Oct, Dec.

CLUB BENEFITS AND PRIVILEGES

Immediate:
10% discount on wine purchases by the bottle
15% discount on wine purchases of 12 bottles or more
Opportunity to purchase limited release at discount prices
Bi-annual newsletter with updates on Missouri Wines


A TASTE OF MISSOURI WINE CLUB GUIDELINES

"I am 21 years of age or older.

I understand that no one under the age of 21 years may receive
or sign for my shipments. I further understand that my package
cannot be delivered to an intoxicated person.

I authorize A TASTE OF MISSOURI to charge my credit card in
accordance with the wine club guidelines.

I understand that I may cancel in writing, at anytime, after
receiving two shipments.

It is my responsibility to notify A TASTE OF MISSOURI of any
address or credit card changes at least two weeks prior to a
scheduled shipment date.  A TASTE OF MISSOURI is not
responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred due
to misdirected shipments.

The law requires an adult signature on wine deliveries. For
your convenience, a business address is preferred.

Government regulations prohibit shipping of A TASTE OF  
MISSOURI Wines to the following States:

       AR, AL, DE, IN, KY, MA, MD, ME,
       MS, MT, NJ, OK, PA, SD, TN, UT

I confirm that I will comply with all wine shipping regulations
imposed by the State to which my wine will be shipped."
